Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products and are non-refundable. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Korea Beauty Clinic accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment appointment.

Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time; however, the full treatment fee will still apply.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits and Prepaid Treatments

Following a free consultation, once a deposit or full treatment payment has been made and the time and resources of our doctors, nurses, beauty therapists, and staff have been allocated, deposits are non-refundable.

Where full payment has been made for treatments or services, refunds will not be provided for change of mind. However, at the discretion of Korea Beauty Clinic, prepaid amounts may be converted into clinic credit or exchanged for alternative treatments or services.

This policy reflects the allocation of appointment time, staffing, administrative processing, and preparation costs associated with securing bookings.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.

Website and Online Bookings

The same booking, cancellation, and refund policies apply to all purchases, bookings, packages, deposits, prepaid treatments, and services made through our website or online booking systems.

By completing an online purchase or booking, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Booking and Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind for online purchases or bookings. However, eligible amounts may be converted into clinic credit or exchanged for other services at the discretion of Korea Beauty Clinic.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

For standard appointments, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For spa packages or extended appointments, at least 72 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will not incur any additional charges.

Cancellations or changes made after the 24-hour notice period may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked treatment value.

For spa packages or long-duration appointments, cancellations or changes made after the 72-hour notice period may incur a charge of up to 100% of the booked treatment value.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (No-show) will result in 100% of the booked treatment fee being charged.

If treatment time is reduced due to late arrival, the full treatment fee will still apply.

COURSES AND PACKAGES

All courses and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Courses and packages should be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise required under New Zealand consumer law.

Missed appointments, no-shows, same-day cancellations, or repeated late changes may result in treatment sessions being deducted from the course or package balance.
