  • By proceeding with treatment, the client confirms they have been fully informed of the nature, expected outcomes, potential side effects, risks, and alternatives to the procedure.

  • Clients must provide informed written consent prior to treatment.

  • Anti-wrinkle treatments are non-surgical medical procedures involving the injection of botulinum toxin (such as Botox® or Xeomin®) into targeted facial muscles to temporarily reduce dynamic wrinkles.

  • The effects typically last 3 to 4 months, varying based on individual metabolism, lifestyle, and treatment area.

  • Rare but more serious complications may include: allergic reactions, drooping eyelids (ptosis), facial asymmetry, blurred vision, or difficulty swallowing.

  • Clients must inform the practitioner of any allergies, neurological disorders, active infections, or use of medications such as blood thinners or antibiotics.

5. Post-Treatment Care and Responsibility

  • Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by the clinic, which may include avoiding excessive heat, lying down, alcohol, and strenuous activity for 24 hours post-treatment.

  • The clinic is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to adhere to post-care guidelines or undisclosed medical conditions.

  • Any unexpected or concerning reactions should be reported to the clinic immediately.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • The standard pricing is charged per unit, with a minimum purchase requirement (e.g., 100 units).

  • Anti-wrinkle injections are non-refundable once administered.

  • The client agrees to release the clinic and its staff from any liability for complications that may arise due to known or unknown medical issues, allergic responses, or results not meeting the client’s expectations.

  • The clinic does not accept responsibility for individual variation in treatment outcomes or adverse effects that arise due to non-disclosure of relevant medical information.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All personal and medical information collected will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable health and privacy laws.
